彭玲：株洲市政协委员，中国陶瓷业协会会员。
1963年生，湖南醴陵人。高级工艺美术师、省陶瓷美术大师，1981年入湖南省陶瓷研究所艺术研究室工作,师从著名釉下五彩瓷传人吴寿祺大师嫡传弟子温月斌大师。作品继承和发扬了醴陵传统釉下五彩工艺，充分展现出清雅、秀丽、隽永的艺术风格。作品多次参加各种展览并三获全国陶瓷艺术评比一至三等奖，06-07年二次被中国收藏家协会评为“受收藏家喜爱的陶瓷艺术大师”称号。07年《水仙》获此评比会金奖。08年《细语》被中国工艺美术馆收藏，09年《虞美人》深圳文博会上获得百花奖。作品深受国内外艺术及收藏爱好者的青睐。
